Oudélic comes from ուտելիք (oudelik), the Armenian word for food and nourishment — a language and culture where the table has always been sacred. But I also wanted a name that resonates here, in Montreal, so it echoes the French word délice — pleasure, indulgence, something you linger over. To me, that dialogue between roots and where you land is exactly what plant-based eating deserves: food that carries meaning, and food that makes you smile.
