Oudélic takes its name from ուտելիք (oudelik), the Armenian word for nourishment and food, a language rooted in one of the world's oldest culinary traditions. The name also carries a deliberate wink to the French délice: delight, pleasure, something worth savouring. We chose it because good food should be both meaningful and delightful, and that's exactly what we set out to create with every plant-based protein we make.
