Ingredients: organic pea protein concentrate, organic faba protein concentrate, salt, garlic powder, herbs, spices.
Allergies: Packaged in a facility where gluten, sesame, mustard, soy, nuts and sulphites are present.
Preparation: For each 100 g of TVP, add 500 ml of boiling water, 25 ml of red vinegar and 25 ml of vegetable oil. Mix all the ingredients in a pan on medium heat until all the water is absorbed. Serve with a side or in a sandwich.
Keep remainder of cooked TVP in the refrigerator and eat within 5 days.
