Greek Tortilla Rolls

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Serving: 4-5 portions

What you need to recreate this delicious recipe:
  • - Large tortillas (white or brown)
  • - Hummus à la grecque
  • - 1 pack of 57Vegane's Greek style TVP
  • - Spinach leaves
  • - Diced fresh tomatoes (or sundried tomatoes)
  • - Kalamata black olives, chopped
  • - Diced cucumbers
  • - Diced red onions
  • - Optional: vegan feta

 

Instructions :
Chop the vegetables into small cubes. Spread 1 tbsp. tablespoon of hummus on each tortilla then add a little of all chopped ingredients.

Roll tightly then cut into 5 slices.
