Greek Tortilla Rolls
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Serving: 4-5 portions
What you need to recreate this delicious recipe:
- - Large tortillas (white or brown)
- - Hummus à la grecque
- - 1 pack of 57Vegane's Greek style TVP
- - Spinach leaves
- - Diced fresh tomatoes (or sundried tomatoes)
- - Kalamata black olives, chopped
- - Diced cucumbers
- - Diced red onions
- - Optional: vegan feta
Instructions :
Chop the vegetables into small cubes. Spread 1 tbsp. tablespoon of hummus on each tortilla then add a little of all chopped ingredients.
Roll tightly then cut into 5 slices.
